Aero India 2027 for Exhibitors and Delegations: Yelahanka Stays, Room Blocks and Transfers
Aero India 2027 runs 8 to 12 February at Air Force Station Yelahanka. If you are exhibiting or bringing a delegation, here is how to plan a five-day room block, transfers and meeting space without losing the week to logistics.

Aero India 2027 runs from 8 to 12 February 2027 at Air Force Station Yelahanka in Bengaluru. For visitors it is a day out. For exhibitors and delegations it is a five-day operation, and the accommodation decision gets made six months earlier than most people expect.
This is written for the second group.
Short version
Yelahanka room inventory is finite and Aero India fills it. Exhibitors need consecutive nights, early access, and somewhere to hold a meeting that is not their stand. Le Roma Grandeur is a 5-star business hotel in Yelahanka itself, about 6 km from the Air Force Station and roughly fifteen minutes outside show traffic, with 81 rooms, an AC boardroom, an AC banquet hall and parking for more than 200 cars.
Why exhibitor accommodation is a different problem
A visitor books one night and optimises for price. An exhibitor books five and optimises for everything else.
You need consecutive nights in one property. Stand setup begins before the show opens and teardown runs after it closes, so the block runs from the day before day one to the day after day five. Splitting a delegation across two or three hotels because no single property had the inventory creates a coordination problem that lasts all week, with separate transfers, separate briefing times, and a team that never quite assembles.
You need early departures and late returns to work. Security screening at a military installation is not quick, and it does not speed up because you are running late. A stand team leaving at 6:30am and getting back at 8pm needs breakfast before it goes and a kitchen open when it returns. Distance from the venue compounds that twice a day for five days.
You need meeting space away from the stand. The conversations that justify the exhibition budget do not happen on the show floor, where it is loud and everyone can see you. They happen over dinner or in a room. A hotel with a boardroom means you can bring a prospect back rather than hunting for a third location.
And you need vehicle access, because crew moving material need parking that accommodates it and a property that will not object to a van arriving at odd hours.
What to lock down, and when
| Timing | Action |
|---|---|
| Now, Aug to Oct 2026 | Secure the room block. Inventory, not tickets, is the binding constraint. |
| Oct to Nov 2026 | Confirm delegation headcount and finalise room mix |
| Nov to Dec 2026 | Book transfers, confirm meeting space requirements |
| Dec 2026 | Register delegates through the official portal at aeroindia.gov.in |
| Jan 2027 | Confirm arrival manifests, dietary requirements, early breakfast timings |
Ticket categories can be arranged in a few weeks. A five-night block for twenty people in Yelahanka in February cannot.
Transfers
Private vehicle access to the Air Force Station is restricted during the show, with designated parking and shuttle arrangements. For a delegation that means planning the last leg rather than assuming it.
Settle the departure timing from the hotel with security screening in mind, not just drive time. Decide between a single vehicle for the delegation and individual cabs, because one vehicle keeps the team together and simplifies the gate. Plan the return, since demand for transport peaks simultaneously across every exhibitor when the floor closes. And sort airport transfers for arrival and departure days, which from Yelahanka is a short and predictable run of about 20 km.
Proximity matters most here. A property in Yelahanka itself makes the daily transfer a short hop on local roads rather than a cross-city commute repeated ten times in a week.
International delegations
Aero India draws participation from more than 75 countries, and delegations arriving from abroad need more than a bed.
Build in an arrival buffer of a day before the show opens, so jet lag clears before the first meeting rather than during it. Confirm dietary requirements in advance and in writing, with the kitchen rather than the booking desk. Expect the value of a quiet, reliable base to be real rather than a marketing line, because five days of a loud outdoor exhibition in February sun is genuinely tiring. And note that Yelahanka sits on the airport side of Bengaluru, so international arrivals do not have to cross the city.
Le Roma Grandeur for Aero India week
Le Roma Grandeur is a 5-star business hotel at Singanayakanahalli, Yelahanka. It is the closest Le Roma property to the Air Force Station at about 6 km, and roughly 20 km from Kempegowda International Airport.
For an exhibition week there are 81 rooms, enough to hold most delegations in a single property. An AC boardroom seating 150 handles briefings, client meetings and delegation sessions, and an AC banquet hall seating 250 covers dealer meets, presentations and hospitality dinners. There is 20,000 sq ft of poolside lawns if you are hosting customers for an evening, two multi-cuisine restaurants and a sports bar for after the floor closes, parking for more than 200 cars, generator backup, 24/7 room service, and in-house catering and event planning so hospitality does not need a separate vendor.
If your team is also working DEF-TECH Bharat at BIEC in May 2027, the same North Bengaluru base serves both shows. Worth raising when you discuss dates.
