A closer look

The poolside lawns are the largest of Grandeur’s three planned event spaces. In the design presentation, the lawn sits between the hotel facade, the poolside path and a dedicated stage setting. The open-air plan gives hosts space to consider a ceremony, a reception or an evening gathering in one setting.

Planning your gathering

Begin with the guest experience: arrival, ceremony or stage position, dining and movement between the lawn and the hotel. The published capacity is a floating figure. Share your preferred seating arrangement and event format with the team so they can confirm a suitable layout and a weather plan.

Before you plan

How many guests are planned for the lawns?

The current property plan lists a floating capacity of up to 1,000 guests across 20,000 sq ft. Seating, staging and service areas change the usable layout, so ask the events team to confirm a plan for your guest count.

Is the stage a separate bookable space?

The stage appears within the lawn design presentation. A separate capacity or booking arrangement has not been published; confirm the event layout with the team.

Grandeur is an upcoming property. Measurements and designs reflect the approved planning material; final specifications, availability and layouts are subject to confirmation.
